Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup This creamy, cheesy, and bacon-loaded soup is pure comfort in a bowl. Perfect for chilly days or when you need an easy, satisfying meal! Ingredients: • 6 medium potatoes (peeled and diced) • 1 medium onion (diced) • 4 cups chicken broth • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened (or 8 oz. heavy cream) • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (plus extra for garnish) • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish Instructions: 1. Smothered Chicken Recipe #2 Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tbsp olive oil 6 slices bacon, chopped 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups fresh spinach 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Directions: 1. Season 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, cook 6 chopped bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. 3. Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken  A rich, savory twist on classic stuffed chicken—perfect for dinner that wows. Ingredients : 4 boneless chicken breasts 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 1/2 cup cream cheese 1 tsp dried thyme Salt and pepper 3 tbsp butter 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 tsp dried parsley 3 garlic cloves, minced Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions : Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook until dry and browned. Mix mushroom mix with cream cheese and mozzarella in a bowl. Cut pockets into chicken breasts and fill with mixture. Put chicken in greased dish, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until fully cooked.
