Easy Pork Chop Casserole (TNT) Ingredients 12 tbs                all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp               salt 1/4 tsp               pepper 3 ea                    bone-in pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick and 8 ounces each ) 1 tbs                   canola oil 1/2 can              condensed cream of mushroom soup , undiluted (~5 ounces) 1/2 cup              sour cream , divided 1/3 cup              chicken broth 1/4 tsp               ground ginger 1/8 tsp               dried rosemary , crushed 1/2 can              french-fried onions, divided   (~1.4 ounces) Directions   In a large plastic resealable bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add pork chops, one at a time, and shake to coat.   In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
