Baked Cheesy Zucchini Bites Servings: 12 Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 35 mins Author: Sandy / Reluctant Entertainer Course: Breakfast Cuisine: American Ingredients    ¾ cup flour  ¾ teaspoon baking powder  1 teaspoon salt  ¼ teaspoon white pepper  ¾ cup milk  1 egg  ½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese  ¼ cup Parmesan cheese  1 cup grated zucchini   Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grate the zucchini and add to a plate. Push down on the zucchini with paper towels to get rid of the excess water. Repeat until the water is removed. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the egg with the milk. Pour into the dry ingredients. Add the shredded zucchini and both kinds of cheese to the batter and mix to combine. Prepare mini muffin pans with cooking spray.   Honey Mustard Chicken Wings Total Time:45 mins Ingredients ½ cup butter   4 cloves garlic (minced)   ½ cup mustard   ⅓ cup honey   1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce   1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar   ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt (plus more for seasoning)   ½ teaspoon black pepper (plus more for seasoning)   2 pounds chicken wings (split)   1 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)   Vegetable oil (or other high flashpoint oil) (for frying) Directions Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe by Jeanette Boisvert Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 5 mins Additional Time: 8 hrs Total Time: 9 hrs 10 mins Ingredients 2 cups soy sauce 2 cups brown sugar 2 tablespoons garlic powder 5 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded Directions Step 1 Stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Step 2 Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour soy sauce mixture over wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight. Step 3 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Step 4 Pour chicken wings and marinade into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Step 5 Bake in the preheated oven until thoroughly hot, about 45 minutes. Campbell's Tuna Noodle Casserole (TNT) Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins Total Time: 45 mins Ingredients 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles 2 (10.5 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (regular or 25% Lower Sodium) 2 (10 ounce) cans tuna, drained 2 cups frozen peas 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon butter, melted Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Stir cooked noodles, condensed soup, tuna, peas, and milk in a 3-quart casserole. Bake in the preheated oven until hot, about 30 minutes; stir well. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter in a bowl; sprinkle over tuna casserole and continue to bake until bread crumbs are golden brown and crispy, 5 minutes more. It will quickly become your new favorite side dish. Ingredients 32 Ounces Frozen Peas, warmed 8 Ounces Cheddar, cubed 3 Ounces Real Bacon Bits 1 Red Onion, slivered ⅓ cup Mayonnaise ⅓ Cup Sour Cream 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Dried Dill 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Pepper Instructions Begin by making your crispy bacon. I put mine on a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Prepare your vegetables by cooking the peas, cutting the onion into slivers and cutting the cheese into cubes. Once
