Classic Egg Salad Recipe (TNT) Whether you pile it on greens, spread it on crackers or make it a sandwich this Classic Egg Salad Recipe is a comforting, delicious meal. Ingredients 8 hard boiled eggs ½ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard 2 tablespoons finely diced celery 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste Directions: Peel and chop the eggs and transfer them to a medium mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine the mixture. Gail's Notes: This is one of my favorite egg salad recipes ever!

Simple Marinated Chicken Wings This chicken wing marinade is easy to make, savory-sweet, and delicious. The chicken tastes even better if you double the sauce and marinate for 24 hours. This is my husband's favorite recipe for wings. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, mustard, and garlic powder together in a bowl until combined. Arrange chicken wings in a 9x13-inch baking dish; pour marinade over chicken and cover with plastic,  marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove plastic wrap from the baking dish. Form into a loaf and place meatloaf into the pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough into an even rectangle, press together seams, and cut into 24 smaller squares. Add cream cheese, mayo, crab meat, green onions, and salt to a bowl and mix well. Distribute cheese and crab mixture evenly between the crescent roll squares. Roll squares over the cheese and crab mixture and pinch closed. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Gail's Notes: These are okay, but I wish I had used better crab meat (with lumps) instead of the mushy kind in a can.
