Parmesan,Chicken & Broccoli Pasta for Two (TNT) Prep Time 10min. Total Time 25min. Servings 2 servings, 2-1/2 cups each Chicken and broccoli are served on a bed of whole-wheat pasta in this weeknight-easy dish for two. Sprinkle with Parmesan and prepare for compliments. 1/4 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 cups broccoli florets 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided 4 tsp. grated Parmesan Cheese Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and broccoli; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Chicken Lombardy for 2 (TNT) - Similar to Olive Garden Restaurant's Version - 4 oz package sliced fresh mushroo ms 1 TBS butter, melted --- 3 skinned and boned chicken breasts 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 TBS butter (+ 2 TSP, if preferred/needed) --- 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/4 TSP salt 1/8 TSP pepper --- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 green onion, chopped Cook mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or just until tender. Remove from heat; set aside.   Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/8 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Cook chicken in batches, in 1 to 2 tablespoons butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Place chicken
