EGG OMELETTE - NUWAVE OVEN (TNT) Ready In: 8mins Serves: 1 INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1/8 cup water or 1/8 cup milk 2 slices of your favorite cheese 1/4 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1/2 cup cooked bacon (or 1/2 cup chopped ham) 1 dash salt and pepper DIRECTIONS Whisk eggs, salt & Pepper and milk or water in a small bowl. Saute ham, onion and pepper in 10" non-stick baking pan. Cook eggs in small circular dish for 10 minutes on Hi on 1" rack stir half way. When egg is cooked, place ham, onion and pepper inside of egg mixture, fold egg over omlette style. Place cheese on top and put on 4" rack for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings Recipe     INGREDIENTS   1 pound (480 g) chicken wings 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn   METHOD   STEP 1 Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour in vegetable oil. Toss well to coat. Set aside. STEP 2 In a small mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. STEP 3 Dip oiled wings into the dry mixture, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. STEP 4 Preheat your air fryer to 400º F (200º C) STEP 5 Cook in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping once during the cooking. Check doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should be 165º F (82º C)).
