Layered Zucchini Ricotta Melts with Marinara

Prep Time: 10 minutes, Cook Time: 25 minutes, Total Time: 35 minutes, Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise 
1 cup ricotta cheese 
1 cup marinara sauce 
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 
1/4 tsp dried oregano 
Fresh basil for garnish 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Layer zucchini slices, ricotta, marinara, and mozzarella in a baking dish.

Repeat layers and finish with cheese and oregano.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Top with fresh basil and serve warm!
