Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • Chopped parsley, if desired

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • In pot used to boil pasta or a large bowl, place cooked and drained pasta, chicken, pasta sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir to combine.

  • Pour pasta mixture in pan, and evenly spread.

  • Evenly sprinkle bacon over the pasta mixture. Then, sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly and center of casserole is at least 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
