JOE'S CRAB SHACK CRAB DIP Ingredients : - 8 oz cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1 cup lump crab meat - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Directions : Step 1: Preheat The Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Step 2: Mix The Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended. Add the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much. Step 3: Bake The Dip - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS Ingredients:   16 large white mushrooms, stems removed 8 oz crab meat, drained and flaked 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste   Instructions:   Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.   Clean the mushroom caps and arrange them, hollow side up, on the baking sheet. Swiss Mushroom Melt Delight Ingredients: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend) 4 slices Swiss cheese 1 tbsp butter 4 slices sourdough or rye bread 1 cup mushrooms (sliced) 1 tbsp oil for grilling 2 tbsp mayo or garlic aioli 1 tsp salt & black pepper Instructions: Prepare the mushrooms – Sauté mushrooms in butter over medium heat until golden brown and tender. Set aside. Cook the beef patty – Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form patties slightly larger than the bread and cook in a skillet until browned on both sides.
