JOE'S CRAB SHACK CRAB DIP

Ingredients:

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat The Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Mix The Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended. Add the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Step 3: Bake The Dip - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Step 4: Serve - Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
