Roasted Baby Carrots with Farm Butter

SERVINGS: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs baby carrots (tricolor optional)
  • 4 oz butter, melted
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place carrots into bowl. Pour melted butter on top, toss, and season with salt and pepper. Toss again.

  2. Place in round roasting pan place and onto grill. Cook at 300°F 50/50 for 15 minutes.

  3. Pour into bowls and serve.
