Parmesan Baked Pork Chops recipe is crispy, juicy, and packed with

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, stir together olive oil and melted butter.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Dip each pork chop into the butter mixture, then press firmly into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place coated pork chops in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end if desired.
- Rest pork chops for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
