Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

This Parmesan Baked Pork Chops recipe is crispy, juicy, and packed with savory, cheesy flavor! Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together olive oil and melted butter.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • Dip each pork chop into the butter mixture, then press firmly into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
  • Place coated pork chops in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end if desired.
  • Rest pork chops for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
