Cheddar Bay Biscuit Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
1 package of Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus the included herb packet)
1 teaspoon of Bailee’s Kitchen Low Sodium All-Purpose Seasoning
¾ cup of whole milk
½ cup of shredded Pepper Jack cheese
½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of thinly sliced green onions
1 pound of sausage (mild or spicy your choice)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, Lozada seasoning, cheeses, green onions, milk, and sausage. Mix until everything’s evenly combined.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on your baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once they’re out of the oven, melt butter and stir in the herb packet that comes in the Cheddar Bay Biscuit box. Brush over the warm sausage balls before serving.
Serve warm
