Golden, crispy roasted cauliflower with a sweet, nutty flavor and simple seasoning. Perfect as a healthy snack or side dish.

1 large head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: grated parmesan (cayenne pepper, minced garlic)
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash cauliflower, remove leaves, cut into medium florets.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss cauliflower in the seasoning until coated evenly.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Let cool slightly and serve as a snack, side, or appetizer.
