Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Golden, crispy roasted cauliflower with a sweet, nutty flavor and simple seasoning. Perfect as a healthy snack or side dish.

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Large bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

    1 large head of cauliflower
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    Optional: grated parmesan (cayenne pepper, minced garlic)
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash cauliflower, remove leaves, cut into medium florets.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss cauliflower in the seasoning until coated evenly.
  5. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve as a snack, side, or appetizer.

– Add parmesan or extra spices for variation.
– Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
– Reheat in the oven for 5-10 minutes to restore crispiness.
