Crack Chicken Pinwheels
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or 1 packet ranch seasoning + 1/2 cup sour cream)
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:
Make filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch, cheddar, bacon, shredded chicken, and green onions until smooth.
Assemble pinwheels – Spread filling evenly over tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly.
Chill – Refrigerate rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice & serve – Cut into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
