Garlic Parmesan Cheddar Chicken Linguine in Creamy Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine pasta
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook linguine until al dente, drain, and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, cook until browned and done, then set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
4. Add heavy cream, simmer, stir in Italian seasoning, then add cheddar and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
5. Return chicken and pasta to skillet, toss together, adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
6. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
