Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or other dressing)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper if desired.
Spread the Mixture: Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken, covering the tops.
Add Breadcrumbs (Optional): Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if a crunchy layer is desired.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden and bubbly.
Serve: Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Tip: Add cooked bacon bits or chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
