Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet
Preparation

Ingredients:
1. 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
2. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
4. Juice of 1 large lemon
5. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
6. Salt and pepper to taste
7. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
8. Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Place the fish fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Gently flip the fillets, then pour lemon juice over them and sprinkle
lemon zest. Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until the fish is flaky.
5. Spoon the buttery sauce over the fillets as they finish cooking.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
