Ultimate Shrimp Grilled Cheese with Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices thick bread (sourdough or your favorite)
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sauté shrimp and minced garlic in melted butter until shrimp are pink and cooked through (3–4 minutes). Set aside.
2️⃣ Brush each bread slice with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic.
3️⃣ On two slices, layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
4️⃣ Add cooked shrimp on top of the cheese layers.
5️⃣ Close sandwiches with remaining bread slices.
6️⃣ Grill sandwiches in the pan over medium heat, pressing gently, until golden brown and crispy on both sides — about 4–5 minutes per side.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with salad or chips for the perfect cheesy, garlicky meal!
Pro tip: Use thick, sturdy bread to hold all that cheesy shrimp goodness without getting soggy!
