Interesting Taco Salad
A mountain of crisp lettuce, juicy beef, and crushed chips all tossed in creamy taco goodness—pure flavor explosion!
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup ranch or Catalina dressing
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions:
Brown beef with taco seasoning, drain.
Toss lettuce, veggies, cheese & beans in large bowl.
Add beef and dressing.
Top with crushed chips and serve cold!
