Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella


Ingredients
For the Meatballs
1 lb ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination)
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Filling
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix ground meat, chopped spinach, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Form into balls and create a hole in the center of each.
Place a mozzarella cube in the center and seal the meatball.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Tips
Use fresh spinach for the best flavor.
Don't overmix the meat mixture.
Serve with marinara sauce and pasta for a delicious meal!
