Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Lower heat to medium, add remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine and scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the butter sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
Cover and let cheese melt, about 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and green onions before serving.
