Delicious garlic bread filled with a savory shrimp and crab mixture.
Prep: 20 min | Cook: 20 min | Total: 40 minServings: 6

Ingredients:
1 loaf of crusty Italian bread
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Slice the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise. Carefully hollow out the center of each half, leaving a shell that will hold the filling.
3. Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves, packing the filling firmly to ensure full flavor in every bite.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the outer surface of the bread with melted butter for a golden finish. Wrap each half in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm.
