Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20–25 minutes
Servings: 8–10

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella (plus extra for topping)

1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup thawed frozen, squeezed dry)

1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (plus a few whole for garnish)

1/2 cup lump crab meat

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or hot sauce (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley or chives (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Sauté garlic and spinach: In a skillet, cook garlic over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside to cool slightly.

Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Add seafood and spinach: Fold in chopped shrimp, crab meat, and sautéed spinach until evenly distributed.

Assemble and bake: Spread mixture into your baking dish. Top with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and a few whole shrimp for garnish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve: Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crostini, or toasted bread.

Chef’s Note: For extra indulgence, stir in a splash of white wine or top with buttery breadcrumbs before baking. This dip holds up beautifully on a party table or buffet!
