This homemade aioli tastes great! We make it as a dipping sauce for crab cakes and French fries. It's also delicious as a spread on sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Gather your ingredients.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
