Oven Baked Boneless Pork Chops
- Yield: 4 servings
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Succulent, mouthwatering boneless pork chops are expertly
seasoned and baked to perfection right in your own oven. This no-hassle,
no-fuss recipe uses straightforward ingredients and steps to provide a
speedy, sensational dinner for any evening of the week.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, at least 1″ thick
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs smoked paprika
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients to make the seasoning rub.
- Brush each pork chop with olive oil, then
apply the seasoning rub liberally. Be sure to massage the rub into the
meat, ensuring all sides are well-seasoned.
- Arrange the seasoned pork chops on the foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven
for 15-20 minutes. Monitor closely and when the internal temperature of
the pork chops reaches 140°F, as measured with an instant-read
thermometer, remove from oven.
- Allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5
minutes after removal from the oven. This rest period allows for
carryover cooking, which will increase the internal temperature to the
recommended 145°F.
- Once the pork chops have rested, they’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
