Penne Pasta with Creamy Chicken, Mushrooms, & Asparagus   This creamy and comforting pasta dish is packed with tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and fresh asparagus. Submitted by mmcgee Prep Time:10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Total Time:40 mins Servings:4 Ingredients 4 pork chops salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste ½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 onion, chopped 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup Directions Gather all ingredients. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Brown chops on both sides over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet; transfer browned chops to a plate. QUICK AND EASY BONELESS PORK CHOPS Ready In: 25mins Ingredients: 4 Yields: 4 pork chops Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons coarse salt 1 teaspoon ground pepper 4 boneless pork chops, 1/4 inch thick DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides; add to skillet. Saute until golden brown: about 2 minute. Flip, cook two more minute. Place pan in oven; roast until cooked through. About 10- 20 minutes.

Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad Party Sandwich (TNT) Ingredients    1 large rotisserie chicken breast, cut into small cubes or shredded 1 stalk of celery diced 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach 6 tbs mayonnaise   ⅛ teaspoon salt to taste ⅛ teaspoon Penzeys Fox Point seasoning ⅛ teaspoon pepper to taste Instructions In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, onion, cranberries, and pecans. Stir to combine. Add into chicken salad mayonnaise, salt, Fox Point seasoning, and pepper. Mix well (and store in fridge for about 30 minutes, as that helps blend the flavor better). Serve on a bed of lettuce or toasted bread slices (or simply eat the salad in a bowl). Gail's Notes: This is one of my favorite chicken salad party sandwiches EVER! Very tasty!

I like to use spicy pinto beans but if you use regular beans, you can up the chili powder in this recipe.
