Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (via Schnucks)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Schnucks honey
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until emulsified, 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Store and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
