Apple Crisp in the NuWave Oven

Serves: 10-12 

4 apples, peeled & cored
⅛-inch thick
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup quick cooking oatmeal
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

Slice apples into ⅛-in slices and place in lightly buttered 8x8-inch baking dish.

In medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and butter until well mixed.

Pat oatmeal mixture onto apples.

In small dish, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over apples.

Place pan on 1-inch rack and bake at 300˚F for 25 minutes or until apples are tender and juices are bubbly.

7. Cool on wire rack.
