Simple New England Clam Chowder (TNT)

Simple New England Clam Chowder

1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 can New England clam chowder
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can minced clams
2 cups whipping cream (or half and half, but if so, use a little less)
1 or 2 tbs Dry Sherry (wait until close to serving time to add this)
Ground pepper to taste

Mix all above ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Add ground pepper to taste. Put on low until soup is hot enough to eat (note:  Do not let the soup boil or it will separate and curdle). Add dry sherry towards the end and serve.  Serves 8.

Gail's Notes:  This is so easy to make and fairly cheap, too.  Will definitely make this again!
