Gail’s Favorite Sweet & Spicy Tuna Pasta Salad
2 packs of Chicken of the Sea Sweet and Spicy tuna (4.5 oz ea.)
1/4 cup Mediterranean Organics Organic Kalamata Pitted Olives, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup California Sun-Dry Sun Dried Tomatoes (julienne cut)
2 green onions, sliced
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 cup medium shell pasta
1/4 cup Zia's Sweet Italian Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing
1 TBS De Nigris Balsamic Glaze Balsamic Reduction
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cook pasta until tender, drain, and let cool. Set aside.
Combine tuna, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, and carrots with the salad dressing, balsamic glaze, and mayonnaise. Taste and add/adjust mayo/glaze/dressing, as needed.
Gently fold the tuna mix in with the cooked and cooled pasta, then chill for at least an hour. This is totally awesome and so easy to make! Enjoy!
