Gail's Favorite Caesar Salad Dressing (TNT)

Gail's Favorite Caesar Salad Dressing

1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 anchovy fillets, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
dash of worcestershire
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon warm water (if needed)

Put all except oil in a blender.  Blend until pureed.  With motor running add oil in a slow stream through cap.  If too thick add water.  Add cheese & blend on low speed to incorporate.
