pound cooked small shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped

medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

medium ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 cup
minced fresh cilantro

medium sweet red pepper, chopped

cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2
cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber

tablespoons lime juice

jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
Tortilla chips
In a
large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Serve immediately with
tortilla chips. Yield: 6 cups.
Gail's Note:
This is extremely good. I I will try this with grilled
chicken next time. It was good with the shrimp, but I think it'd be
spectacular with grilled chicken.
