Apricot Chicken (TNT)


Apricot Chicken

4 chicken breast
flour
salt and pepper
1 onion
1 pkg Knorr French Onion recipe mix
1 jar apricot preserves (~ 1 cup)
2 tbs Russian salad dressing (or Ranch Dressing, as that will taste good too!)

Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper to taste and place in a casserole.

Chop onion and cover the chicken with it. Pour the packet of french onion soup mix over that. Mix the apricot preserves with the Russian dressing and pour over the chicken. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours. 

Gail's Notes: The chicken comes out so tender you can cut it with a fork!  This is really, really quick and easy to make (and very tasty, too)!
