Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOM Earthy mushrooms, rich garlic goodness! Ingredients: • 1 pound (450g) mushrooms (button or cremini work well) • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced • 2 tablespoons olive oil • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional) • Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley) for garnish Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. 3. If they are large, you can slice them in half or quarters. 4. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if using), salt, and pepper. 5. Toss everything together until the mushrooms are well coated. 6. Spread the mushrooms out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 7. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown. 8.
